I forgot my cell charger at home, and Natalie at the front desk offered hers. That really sums up the hospitality here. We were welcomed when we arrived, and our room was comfortable and modern. In December I could only imagine how nice the pool and patio would be in other seasons. Afternoons brought music in the lobby, and mornings had yummy donuts, fruit, and coffee. Great location, comfortable stay, and a fun atmosphere. We loved the Beachside Hotel!

The heated pool area is gorgeous, and the renovation’s decor, landscaping, and ambience are superb. We’ve been coming to Nantucket for decades and have stayed at the Beachside many times. Since the renovation was completed last September, we’ve returned twice. It looks like no expense was spared. You can walk quickly to town, the steamship, and the beach, so we had no need for a vehicle. Free bikes and beach chairs were a bonus. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and clearly enjoy their jobs. Kudos to the management team. We’re booking again for next year and highly recommend it.

The staff’s personal attention really stood out. One gentleman kept opening doors for us with a warm smile, and the whole team seemed proud to make guests feel special. They greeted us by name, helped with our luggage, and anticipated what we might need. The Beachside Hotel is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed throughout. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality alongside such high service standards. A true five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Even after checking out, we could leave our bags there until we needed them. We rode the provided bikes into town, then were surprised when Danisha recognized us there, greeted us by name, and asked about our stay. She and her colleagues, including Danishia, made us feel appreciated from the start, even though we were there just one night. The lobby and bar are comfortably hip, and the heated pool had a relaxing temperature, a Palm Beach-meets-Nantucket feel, and ultra cool samba music. Our cozy room had thoughtful snacks and drinks, including cookies and popcorn, and we loved the just-right firmness of the beds and the Stillwater quilts. Those little touches made the stay memorable. We’ll be back to the Beachside as soon as we can.

The grounds were beautiful, the rooms perfectly appointed, and the staff wonderful. We especially loved the heated pool after Nantucket brought us some reeeally cold October weather. Lovely stay, and we’d definitely return.
