The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and modern. The bathrooms made me decide not to return. The barn-style door has no latch, so there’s no way to lock it for privacy. You also can’t start the shower to let it warm up before stepping in, which means getting hit in the face with cold water. Even then, the water was lukewarm at best. The shower door had no seal along the bottom, so water spread across the bathroom floor. On our first day I slipped stepping out and nearly fell, though I managed to catch myself.
8/10
Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk was very friendly. I upgraded to a King suite with a balcony, which I’m sure helped make the stay such a good one. I’d stay here again.
8/10
The room temperature was comfortable, and the big king bed gave me plenty of room to stretch out without taking over my wife’s space. The stay was enjoyable and the room was mostly clean, though one of the shower towels had some very unsightly stains. We used it to step out of the shower, but a clean one would’ve been better. We arrived a couple of hours early, and the lot had no cars in it, but the clerk said we couldn’t check in yet. An early check-in option would be nice. It was inconvenient.
8/10
The front desk people were nice, and the rooms were beautiful. I heard some noise from other guests, but all in all, it was a good experience.
8/10
The staff were helpful and nice, and there’s an EV charger on site. The location is really convenient, with grocery stores and downtown Napa easy to get to. Our room was simple, clean, spacious, and pretty quiet. I’d have liked an extra detachable shower head in the bathroom. I’d stay again next time.
