The valet team made everything easy, opening doors and having my car ready whenever I needed it. During my five-day stay, I don’t think I touched my car door or the hotel’s front door once. I also had a wonderful massage and was surprised by how impressive the gym was. The property was peaceful, stunning, and beautifully maintained, and my room felt luxurious without giving up comfort. The thoughtful design made every detail feel intentional, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. From arrival on, every staff member was warm, kind, and happy to help. I felt safe, relaxed, and completely at ease. It was a restorative, luxurious stay, and I’ll absolutely be back. Truly 10/10.

The pool was clean, relaxing, and well maintained, and valet parking made things very convenient. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay with great service and amenities. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We came for our daughter’s wedding with 36 of us altogether, and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The staff were kind from check-in through check-out, and the valet guys were friendly and on top of things. We had dinner at the property one night, with great service and delicious food. The grounds and flowers were gorgeous, and the renovation is incredible. We stayed here back when it was an Embassy Suites, and now you’d never know it was the same place. The rooms are beautiful, with a Dyson air dryer, two fridges including a wine fridge, and a Nespresso coffee maker. And don’t get me started on the toilet, haha. I want one at home! Thanks so much for your kindness and making us feel at home. We’ll be back! :)

The food was outstanding, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It made for a memorable stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

David and Jose Rubio were so helpful and made our stay more comfortable and memorable. We loved the personal service and found the staff amazing. The hotel, garden, and rooms are beautiful, with a classy but homey feel and lovely design. We didn’t get to use the pool or gym, though they looked top-notch. Best of all, it’s pet-friendly!
