New Star Inn

The family running the place were lovely and made me feel really comfortable. It’s also handy for Starbucks, CVS, and mcdonalds, all within walking distance, and there was less noise and coming and going than I expected. My room was nicer and cleaner than at similar budget motels, with a very nice, newer bathroom that wasn’t just a regular tub. The TV was great, and I attached a photo of the lights. There were lots of working light switches, and the airon worked well. I did spot one little roach, but I’d left the bathroom window open. I loved my stay here :) Great value for the price.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help with requests. My room was clean, well kept, and cozy, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and places to eat. I had a fantastic stay and thought it was great value for the price. I’d highly recommend this motel for a pleasant visit.

The pool was out of service, and there wasn’t a trash bin in my room, though the room itself was clean. For the price, it was a great value. I could watch YouTube on the smart TV through the night.

Google listed the rooms at $70, while Hotels tonight showed $98 including taxes. When I called, the person who answered was curt and told me I had to arrive in person to book. I asked about the prices listed online, and she hung up on me. I would have been fine paying the $120 she quoted over the phone if she hadn’t been so rude and ended the call like that. Oh well, maybe I avoided a miserable stay at a lousy motel.
