The shower was great, the beds were comfortable, and there's a beautiful pool, a guest laundry with nice machines, and a business center, something most Hilton's have removed. A great outlet mall is just a few miles up the river. The hotel really does have everything. What made it a five-star stay for my husband and me, though, was the staff. General Manager Stephanie leads with kindness and compassion, always smiling and welcoming every guest. Dai Marys, the AGM, Gary in Maintenance, and the front desk team, Jamie, Joyce, Angie, and Bella, were all wonderful. Gary will do whatever you need and is all about guest service. Sales Manager Amy is so sweet too. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

We all got sick within four days and cut our stay short. After this, I've decided never to choose Hilton again. The hotel was dirty, and room service was exceptionally bad. They never came to clean despite my calls. My room was at the end of the corridor, and the cleaners would say the Do Not Disturb sign was on. Once, a cleaner said she wouldn't come in because I was in the room, and told me to take the trash out myself and get whatever I needed from the cart. I was shocked, since the day before another cleaner did come in after I'd called the front desk three times to take the dirty towels and restock supplies. They charged far too much for such awful service. It seemed the cleaners didn't like their jobs, but were hired because they were cheaper than professionals. This was our first time choosing Hilton over Marriott, and it was a horrible experience.

We were a church group staying from May 31-June 1, 2024, and the manager made planning easy. It was my first time arranging a hotel stay, and she kindly walked me through the process. The staff were very nice and helpful too. When we were running late for a reservation, someone at the front desk called the restaurant, explained the situation, and got our time changed. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful, with big, comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and tasted good. The young people enjoyed the pool, while some of the older folks used the exercise room. We're planning to come back in 2026 and stay here again.

Breakfast was yummy, but get there early or you might miss out. Great stay, clean and updated.
