For less than $140, we got a king suite with a jacuzzi in the room, and I was very pleased with the value. We don’t need all the frills. The jets in our spa tub didn’t work, but they moved us right away to another room where the tub did. The rooms were clean, and the fridge worked extremely well, which is rare in any hotel. The bed was a little stiff but fine for us, while the pillows definitely weren’t top notch.

The room was clean and convenient, and the young man who checked me in was very pleasant. But the coffee packet in the room had expired in 2023, so I ended up with a mouthful of old grounds. The free breakfast was no good: rock-hard bagels, expired yogurt, and a juice machine that only dispensed water. I imagine most of the food there was expired too. Good thing I brought my own bananas.

We couldn’t stay and left as soon as we got there. The whole place, including our room, reeked of Indian food. The room was filthy, with bugs under the mattress and stains on the chairs, sheets, and comforters. They weren’t food stains. There was grime in every corner. I can’t believe the reviews saying rooms were clean. Disgusting.

The room was warm and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub stopper didn’t work, so I couldn’t take a bubble bath. Snow removal could’ve been better.

We had good nights’ sleep and watched a few movies from the comfortable beds. The room was clean and nice, with a TV that got great reception, a microwave, and a small refrigerator-freezer. We wished the fridge were bigger. The air conditioning, water pressure, and hot shower water were all great. There’s an ice and beverage machine at the Inn, and it’s close to town and the beach. Continental breakfast was minimal, and we were disappointed there was no pool or hot tub. The room price was more affordable closer to the weekend than at some other Inns and hotels. We also wished there were Do Not Disturb door hooks. We usually don’t have hotel or inn staff come into our room during our stay, but that happened here. We recommend the Roadway Inn.
