I liked this little place. It was clean and comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. Downtown is also walkable if you're athletic. The website made it easy to book at a very reasonable rate, hard to beat. I'll be back to hang out next year. Our refrigerator wasn't working because the outlet was bad. No big deal, I plugged it into another outlet, and the attendant checked it out. My only other gripe is that I'm a smoker, and smoking wasn't allowed anywhere on the property. I had to hike to the sidewalk to indulge my terrible habit. I get it, but I don't have to like it.

At Nader’s, the pool was just steps from our standard room, and we liked having chairs right outside the sliding door, plus picnic tables and grills nearby. The beach was an easy walk, about 1.5 blocks away, and town was a quick drive. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed two weeks ago and were so happy with it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It's a super cute place in a great spot, close to downtown and the beach. I love that you can walk straight from your room through the slider onto the lawn with your family. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is the mold issue. I know Michigan gets hot and humid in summer, but that black mold has to go.

It's an older place, but it's been rehabbed very nicely and is in a great location. The pool looked nice, though it was too cold to use. You can walk to the beach and watch the SS Badger come and go. Hearing her horn gives you goose bumps.

We needed a last-minute place and found a real gem. It was clean, comfortable, and very inexpensive, with lots of useful amenities. There's a fridge in the room, a table and chairs for meals, chairs outside the rooms, and barbecue grills. The landscaping and grounds were in excellent shape. There were three groups having a “party” around the fire pit, but they stayed quiet and didn't stay up late. I'd highly recommend it for summer or any time. My only suggestion is a better shower head for a stronger spray.
