The beds were so comfortable, and you can’t beat the location, just five minutes from Kings Island, even if it’s a little pricey. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, bacon, juice, waffles, and fresh fruit.

The hotel is newer, clean, and nice, with a good work desk in the room. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the attendant kept everything stocked. The waffles, though, were a big problem. Every person’s waffle stuck or fell apart, even with plenty of release spray. I think they may be using the wrong mix. People had to struggle to get the waffles out, leaving the machines messy, and it caused a long breakfast line. I’ve made waffles on those same machines at 100 hotels and never seen that happen. Get to breakfast early and skip the waffles.

We had a terrible experience with poor customer service, no accountability, badly planned rooms, and disorganized event arrangements. Conflict resolution was poor too. Please book your trip or event somewhere else. If you do choose to stay, be careful with reservations and event details, keep a written record of your messages with local management, and lower your service expectations. You’re likely to get screwed over during your stay. Do not use this hotel for wedding blocks. They’ll make it extremely difficult for wedding guests.

I was kicked out of the hotel on the day of my best friend’s wedding. The manager wouldn’t help fix their mistake after they failed to book me properly within the wedding block timeframe. I called several times to check that my reservation was right, but despite asking repeatedly, I never got a confirmation email. They’d messed up the reservation without my knowing. Terrible service.
