Silverado Resort

I was really surprised by how disappointing this experience was, and it left me a bit sad. I called several times to sign up for an exercise class, but no one answered. At reception, they sent me to the spa, where there was nobody available. When someone eventually appeared, they were rude and just told me to go to the class, without explaining registration or giving any instructions. I ended up walking into the class. Other people there also said they were unhappy with the service and that things felt disorganized. Staff kept sending people elsewhere instead of sorting out the problem. The hotel and fitness receptionists both had an attitude, and some club members told me the service was rude. The class itself was nice, though. The instructor was very patient, even with the staff offering little help with signup and no extra gear.

The peaceful view was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Even with unhelpful weather, I had an amazing time at Silverado resort. The staff were so welcoming and kind, especially the person at the front desk. I’ll definitely come back to Napa.

I’ve been to plenty of conferences, and this was the best buffet food I’ve had at one. The property is a great place to hold a conference, and both the food and service were exceptional. I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and the property. Great job, Silverado Resort!

Napa downtown is close by, which gave us more food options. The resort staff were friendly and the amenities were great, so I’d like to come back. We stayed in a three bedroom, two bath home for three days and two nights after Christmas. We enjoyed golfing, tennis, and the warm water pool, and were fortunate to have mostly sunny weather.
