The Apache had plenty of space for the two of us and my mastiff, and everything was clean. I loved the cute dog theme and how welcome they made dogs feel. We had a more enjoyable trip because of it, and I'd happily stay again. Great job, guys, and thank you!

We spent lots of time walking the trails and around the resort, and even had deer visit on the last two mornings. The cottage was comfortable with a dog, with a fenced yard to play in, towels, extra-large poop bags, and a treat jar. It hasn't been updated in a while, which meant I didn't worry about my dog damaging the floor. It's not five-star accommodation, but it's a lovely place to vacation with your pup.

The river nature trail and the open field were highlights for us. My city dog could run off-leash safely, and the grounds were so well kept they looked like a postcard. We stayed three nights at Good Dog Vacations at Big Valley Resort with our pups, and the spacious chalet felt cozy and comfortable for all of us. The dogs were excited to explore every corner right away. There was plenty of room to play ball or relax, plus a fenced yard and a lovely deck over the landscaped grounds. We visited in fall, so we didn't use the pool, though it looked great and we'd love to return in summer. A few charming nearby towns had bakeries, farmers markets, and little shops, with a feel straight out of Gilmore Girls. After all that outdoor time, the dogs were happily worn out, so we could explore the towns without guilt. We left with two sleepy, happy pups and are already looking forward to coming back. A great dog-friendly getaway in the Poconos!

This is our second year here, and we absolutely love it. It's time away for us girls and the pups. The dogs can run free in the woods, swim in the creek, or just relax, while we get to enjoy time together with them. The cabins are clean and well appointed. Can't wait for next year!

Coffee on the deck with those peaceful views was a favorite part of our quick summer trip to the Poconos. My mom and I stayed in the Delaware Chalet with our two dogs, and it was clean, cozy, and charmingly decorated with dog-friendly touches. The air conditioning was great, and the private doggie pool was a fun extra. We also liked the clean, well-maintained pool at the nearby clubhouse. Walking the dogs on the nearby trail was another highlight. It winds through lush green forest alongside a lovely flowing creek, a beautiful nature escape. We'll definitely be back with our pups. A great quiet, dog-friendly mountain retreat!
