The staff really stood out for me. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and check-in was quick and easy. I found the room clean and well cared for, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed, and a quiet setting that made it easy to sleep. Breakfast had a good range of choices and was kept stocked. The common areas were inviting and clean, parking was convenient, and the location made getting around Naperville easy. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naperville and would gladly return.

The comfortable beds, easy check-in, helpful service, and safe, convenient location were all positives. Breakfast was complimentary and pretty good, with cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. But I wouldn't come back in winter. We arrived to a room with the heat blasting, and the front desk explained that the hotel's AC is off for the season. The room thermostats only control heat, so we had to leave the door propped open for hours to cool the room. It wasn't close to a normal temperature until the early morning. The bathroom also had quite a lot of hair. The hotel should set room temperatures reasonably before guests arrive.

Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of it, and the front desk staff were friendly enough. The location worked well for what I needed, and the hotel itself was a pretty standard HI Express. The bathroom drains smelled unpleasant, and the lobby music was much too loud.

I was there for a small seminar, and the event team did a good job arranging the seating, lighting, and refreshments. They were also on hand when technical adjustments were needed. It showed solid planning.

The room was clean and comfortable, and having a tub was a nice bonus. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I also enjoyed the snacks and complimentary drink at the manager's reception. I'd highly recommend this place.
