Travelodge Hershey

We came to stay the night on October 10, 2025, but had booked the wrong date by mistake. The woman working at 9 pm was very accommodating and helped us figure out what to do, though I forgot her name. The reception service was outstanding, better than you could get even at a 5-star hotel. Later, when I called on October 28, MINA told me the hotel hadn't charged our card and that I needed to contact "booking.com". She gave me their number. They checked with the hotel about waiving the cancellation fee, and the hotel agreed that same day. Please pass on to those two ladies that they deserve five stars. We’ll definitely book here next time we come to Hershey. I saw online that you have a wonderful pool and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend for the location, facilities, and especially the outstanding service. Best regards, Dave and Margaret.

The room was clean, and the woman who checked me in and out was really nice. I enjoyed the stay and would come back. The heater made noises that sounded like someone trying to get in, and the soundproofing wasn't great, so I could hear every passing car and person. The pool was closed for winter.

We came down for a wedding, and the price was super reasonable. When we reported a bathroom complaint, the sweetest woman at the front desk took care of us and made sure it was fixed ASAP.

The owners are really nice, and this is a great location for Hershey. The place is very clean and well maintained.
