The staff were nice, but we paid for a lot of amenities that weren't available. There are no heated pools, both hot tubs were out of order, and our room didn't have the microwave we'd booked. The ice machine was broken too. In six days, we never saw anyone working to fix any of it. The signs at the pool said no music and no noise. This place isn't meant for having fun. Find another hotel and enjoy your vacation.

The room was OK, the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was good. But the bathtub had no plug, the mirrored closet was off its rusty tracks, and the chewed-up door sweep left a gap big enough to see outside and let in four- to six-legged creatures. We found a lizard in our room on the day we left. The front desk staff weren't rude, but they seemed indifferent to our concerns. They don't take cash for anything, not even snacks or soda. The washers and dryers required a credit card and an app, so we chose not to use them. The laminated amenities sheet says they take quarters, and that information needs updating. The steps to the breakfast area are hard to see and should be marked with caution tape and painted. Could you please make some basic repairs?

My standard room had a fresh coastal look, a large TV, and had been nicely renovated. It was a very cool room with a balcony. It looks like all the rooms have a balcony or a sliding glass door leading out to one of the pools. Breakfast is free, and there's also a nice restaurant on site for dinner. It has tropical paradise, Old Florida vibes.

I've stayed at this hotel for over a decade, and things have changed, not all for the better. The rooms have been redone, which I thought was an improvement, but please fix the pool situation. It's not a public pool. I was there for five days, and starting on what I think was Saturday, about 30 people crowded into and around the pool. They all seemed to know each other, and it didn't look like they were hotel guests. Many stayed for hours in or around the pool wearing their clothes, brought their own food and drinks, and it felt like someone had planned an event without the hotel knowing. I went to the office to tell the desk staff I didn't think they were guests. The manager came out and said, "No, they're all staying here." That seemed odd, because I waited hours for them to leave, and none went to any rooms. They all got into different cars in the parking lot. It was hostile to experience as a hotel guest. People were playing catch with a football in the pool, and when I walked by and looked, they turned toward me and gave me dirty looks.
