Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Naples

We needed a hotel quickly because of an emergency, and the front desk team was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The location is convenient, right off the interstate. We had a king bed room, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

For a Marriott branded hotel, this was disappointing. At least two front desk staff members had a “don’t bother me” attitude, and on my first stay one desk worker refused to wear a name tag. The desk staff stay behind a wall, with no bell to get their attention, so you have to call out toward the room they’re in. There’s always a “Manager on duty” name posted, but she’s remote and never there. VICTORIA.

The breakfast in the morning was better than I expected, and the service was friendly. The hotel was very clean, just off 75, and the lobby smelled nice when we walked in. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The A/C unit was really loud, and the tub/shower faucet leaked all night. Still, it was a good stay overall.

The hotel felt calm and quiet, partly because it isn’t very large. I was hoping to avoid the crowds and constant noise you can get at bigger hotels, and this suited me well. It’s right off the highway, convenient for getting around Naples and nearby areas, while still feeling peaceful. The included breakfast was excellent and made mornings easier. Housekeeping were especially kind and attentive, always willing to bring what we needed. The front desk team were friendly and professional, too. And I loved the cookies they keep at the desk. I grabbed a couple whenever I went downstairs. My stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Naples was a wonderful experience. It was clean, well located, and comfortable. I left very satisfied and would happily return. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere quiet in Naples.
