It's a convenient location, and the accommodations are comfortable. Things are generally quiet and private, especially in the end units. The fitness center was disappointing, though: just 3-4 treadmills and ellipticals, a few hand weights, and too little room for a proper Pilates, yoga, or floor workout. The pool is small as well. Fine for little kids splashing around, but not for laps or more than 8 people. The beach isn't close, and parking at the public beach can fill up.

The location and accommodations are what we really like about this place. It looked just like the pictures online, and we'd stay again on a future trip to Naples.

A great touch was having a cooler and beach chairs ready. The apartment was clean and a nice size, with TVs, couches, a dining table, and everything we needed to prepare meals. There's a nice pool and an on-site restaurant. If you plan to have dinner there, make a reservation, especially near high season. It's a solid spot for a family visiting Naples.

The unit faces the restaurant's outdoor patio, so there's noise all evening. In the bedroom, the whole curtain rod came off the wall when I tried to close the curtains. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and was told maintenance would come, but by 5:00 PM nobody had shown up. The desk said there was nothing they could do and made no effort to contact anyone. A resident gave me the property manager's name. I called and could only leave a message, and still haven't heard back. It's a terrible way to treat customers. I'm not sure what to do next, and we better not be charged for fixing the wall where the rod tore out.
