Marriott Courtyard Naples

The staff were great, and there’s plenty of room in the breakfast and restaurant area. The room updates came out well, but the lighting is terrible, especially over the desk and in the bathroom. The shower floor is uneven and water gets past the curtain. The bathroom door blocks access to the tub and shower, and the light in the shower itself is too dim.

Breakfast was good, though you have to pay for it, and I wish there were more places to eat within the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are just okay, dated, and need some repairs.

Service was fine and the location is good, but I wasn’t impressed with the rooms at all. They look straight out of 1980, with an old bathroom and outdated decor. The old AC unit made loud on-and-off cycles. The fitness center is the bare minimum, and its ceilings are very, very low. I hope they update the rooms.

We ended up here after we couldn’t find a place in Marco Island, and now we’re coming back next month. Adan was so helpful and accommodating, and upgraded us to a really nice suite. The service was amazing. We had a great night at the hotel bar too, where Tammi was outstanding. She seemed to know what we needed before we asked and took such good care of us. Can’t wait to return!
