We came back to SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples after staying there last year, and Willie was a big reason the return visit went so well. We’d remembered his professionalism and kindness from before. This time we arrived without a reservation during a busy weekend with Valentines and soccer tournaments, and weren’t sure a room would be available. Willie stepped in right away, stayed calm, and got us through. His positive attitude and care for guests really stand out. He’s a tremendous asset, and we’ll keep coming back. Thank you, Willie!

The rooms and property were clean, and there’s a decent gym. The location is right off Alligator Alley, which worked well. Breakfast had lots to choose from: bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuit sandwiches, make-your-own waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee.

The room was $492 during the soccer tournament weekend, which felt far too high for what you get. The rooms were basic, breakfast was just okay, and the walls were so thin we could hear the people next door talking. I came with my family for the tournament, and this was a very basic hotel at an outrageous weekend price. Not nice.
