Inn On Fifth

This was our second visit to the Inn on Fifth, and we’ll definitely come back again. The pool was clean and well maintained, and our spotless room was ready right on time. We appreciated that. The front desk receptionist was polite and professional, and pleasantly remembered us from our last visit, which made things feel personal. The location is outstanding, right on Fifth Avenue and an easy walk from restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Another excellent stay.

I spent a long weekend at the Inn on Fifth and loved it. The rooftop pool was a highlight, peaceful, beautifully kept, with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. I also used the fitness center, which was clean, well equipped, and had everything I needed for a good workout. My room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the amenities were top notch. Everyone on staff I met was friendly, attentive, and keen to make sure we enjoyed the stay. Downtown Naples is right there, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping, with the beach a short walk away. The Inn on Fifth exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

The location is great, with excellent restaurants and the beach close by. But both buildings, on either side of the street, could use a good pressure wash. We had a few small problems and tried calling the front desk and room service several times, but nobody answered. When we went to check, people were standing at the desk. We tried three or four times at different times and had never experienced that before. Our room could use a fresh coat of paint too. We were there with a business group that was noisy late at night and early in the morning. I’ve stayed at many

The club side made for an amazing stay. The included breakfast, light dinner, and dessert were a nice perk, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop hot tub was amazing. We heard a little noise from remodeling while we were there, but that's not normal. The concierge was great, and valet service for trips within a 1 mile radius was very helpful, though that radius could have been a little bigger. I’d recommend this hotel anytime.
