The small details kept making me smile. The place is clean and thoughtfully decorated, and my room was simple but luxurious and well appointed. Check-in was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked great for an online meeting. I was in Naples for a personal event and would love to return for a long weekend, there's a lot to explore nearby. The breakfast room was cozy and well stocked. The tavern wasn't open, but it looks like my kind of spot.

We'd happily return to Naples Hotel after a great Valentine's Day weekend in the Niagara room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with bath salts and bath bombs for the jacuzzi tub. It filled quickly and had plenty of hot water. We could hear people above us walking and talking, but a bit of white noise covered it. The sound from the room above the bar wasn't too much, though we may have heard extra thumping during cleanup, unless it was the ghosts. The hotel gets extra credit for having a restaurant and bar on site, and more for the good food, attentive service, and bartender who knew his way around a nice selection of liquor. Our party of four had to leave earlier than planned, so we had just an hour for dinner. The staff worked with us and kept an eye on the time so we could get to our next event without stress. The breakfast room had K-cups, tea, fruit, granola bars, packaged pastries, yogurt, orange juice, wine glasses, and a shaker.

Tom and his team put a lot of thought into my mom's 75th birthday brunch. From my first message through menu planning and all the little follow-up questions, they were responsive and came up with great ways to make the day special. They even arranged a beautiful floral bouquet for her to take home. The Naples Hotel is a real gem. The dining room had so much character, the music was great, and the staff made us feel welcome. We also loved having leisurely drinks in the charming bar before the meal. The historic building is beautiful, and the front porch looks like a lovely place to sit. I can't wait to come back when the weather's nicer. Tom also graciously showed us the guest suites and the cool speakeasy in the basement. I'd recommend The Naples Hotel for a special event, but it's also a great spot to have a drink or a meal even if you don't have one planned. Thanks for an 11/10 experience, looking forward to coming back.

We were at the hotel for the annual Women's Weekend, and it was such a lovely, relaxing stay. The contactless check-in was easy, the place is charming and comfortable, and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food. Everyone was so nice. I'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a quaint getaway.

We stayed in the Delaware suite on the second floor. It's a large room at the back of the building, which made it very quiet for sleeping. There was some restaurant noise below during the day and evening, but it wasn't too bad, and they don't open until 11 AM. The Naples Hotel was a lovely stay, with lots to do and see in the area. The food was good. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, but it seemed to have no salt or pepper, so I was a little disappointed. The lemon pepper broiled haddock was delicious and cooked just right. The cocktails were well mixed, especially the 50/50 Dirty Martini and Turkish Old Fashion. John was our server and also a bartender, but still took good care of us. I'd book directly on the hotel website. I compared it with other booking sites and the direct price was better. Every room is different, so look through the pictures to choose the one you like.
