They left me without a place to stay after canceling my reservation while I was on the plane. I had booked five nights for a work trip, and they said my card had been declined, though the issue was with the booking company. I offered another card, but they had already given the room away. I’m a Diamond member with more than 150 Hilton nights this year. Hilton’s site says Diamond members are guaranteed a room, especially with an existing reservation, but the staff didn’t care. I’ve never had this happen at another Hilton. Their response was rude and uncaring, and it felt like money was all that mattered. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The cleaning team was the friendliest we’ve met, and Zay and Isaiah gave us excellent service. The whole staff really impressed us. We travel a lot, and Home2 is now a place we’ll look for regularly. The team here clearly has things running smoothly. Great work!

The place is new and very clean. My wife wasn’t happy with the polyester sheets or the pillows, though I liked everything. James did a great job keeping the fitness rooms and other facilities clean. He deserves a raise!

James Chew, Staci, Jazmine, and the rest of the support staff were wonderful. They keep the place clean and are respectful and helpful. When you see James working on the floors or elevators, say hello. He’ll make your day. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
