Beth was super nice and gave us a very reasonable price. The room matched the Google Maps pictures, cute and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful headboard. There was a Keurig with name-brand coffee in the corner, plus an adorable tiled bathroom with a complimentary shaving kit. This little motor inn feels quaint and wholesome, like a bit of nostalgia and a reminder that some things are still okay. It felt like an experience, not just a hotel :)

The staff are friendly and fun, and the place was very clean. I liked the old door hardware: turn the knob one way for “made” and the other for “do not disturb.” The decor is a lot of fun too, from the blue velvet high-back chairs to the tufted faux-leather headboard. Such a cute little motor lodge.

The bed was clean and fairly comfortable, with decent pillows. I checked for bedbugs, and the zipped mattress cover and the mattress inside were clean. It was quiet and away from freeway traffic. The room itself could use a better cleaning, though. There was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, and fly specks and who knows what else on the bathroom ceiling.

The original sinks and toilets brought back memories of traveling with my parents in the 1950s and ’60s. The room was quaint, clean, and painted in fresh jewel colors, with a cute artsy look. Jay found us a nice room where we could park our loaded truck right outside the door. Clean sheets, lots of pillows, nice white towels, and a good price too.

I was there for two weeks in July and August 2025 for work. The room was quiet and very clean, the family running the place was friendly, and the weekly rate was great. I’ll come back if work brings me there again. Thanks!
