There were bugs in the room, which was disgraceful. I picked this hotel because it was convenient for work and stayed Monday through Friday, but nobody came to freshen the room during that time. I had to ask the front desk for towels, shampoo, and garbage bags so I could take out my own trash. I can't believe management let the place get so run down. I won't make that mistake again. I'll spend my money with another hotel chain.

The room was clean, and the big TV was nice to have. The front desk staff were really nice too. No complaints at all.

The shift manager was grumpy when I asked questions and didn't help. After food spoiled because the refrigerator in one of the rooms stopped working, management only offered an “I'm sorry,” with no other help or compensation. There were other issues too: the entry light worked on and off, and the heater was loud when it kicked in, making it hard to sleep. The rooms themselves were okay apart from all that.

The hotel itself was nice, but the noise was a problem. I know kids are kids, but hearing stomping around at 2am is Bs, especially when you're on vacation trying to get away from all that.

We left without getting a room because the guy at the front desk was rude, had an attitude, and acted very unprofessionally. I'll never go back. One of my daughters stayed there, too, and she didn't like it either because the pool wasn't working right.
