Residence Inn Nashua

The room was great, and the hotel was nice, but Frankie is the reason I’d come back. When I walked into the Residence Inn Nashua that morning, I was exhausted and already on edge, close to being that person who snaps over one small hassle. Frankie had been dealing with major technical problems since the day before, and they were still going on when I arrived. He took his time, listened, and showed real empathy, doing everything he could to help while clearly handling stress behind the scenes. He didn’t just do his job, he was a genuinely good human being. His kindness comes through right away, in the way he smiles with his whole face and seems warm and present even in his eyes. Anyone who’s been less than kind to him has it completely backwards. Frankie, if you see this, the world needs more people like you. You turned what could’ve been a rough moment into something I’ll remember for all the right reasons. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else in Nashua unless he’s working.

The area was quiet, with a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops all within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again. The room was a really nice size, and the full desk and office chair worked well while I worked from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of variety.

Free breakfast was a nice extra, and each room has a decent-sized kitchen with a large fridge. The hotel was in a great spot, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The rooms looked recently remodeled, and the whole place seemed very clean.

We’ve stayed twice now, and both times the hotel was very clean with great rooms. The staff are really friendly, and they took care of all the requests we made. We’ll be back!
