After three leases in Nashville, I can say 1505 Demonbreun would have been my first and second choice too if I'd toured it sooner. My room was the 700 sq ft option, more than enough for working from home, and the high ceilings made it feel even bigger. The apartments are priced surprisingly competitively for what you get. I made three or four awesome friends here, mostly at the pool or just passing in the halls. A lot of residents are young professionals new to Nashville, so it's easy to break the ice. The pool is one of the best in Nash for weekend fun, especially in early summer, and the guest policy is better than at many other places. Staff actually care: maintenance folks gave me their numbers and said to text if I needed anything, and leasing agents spent time getting to know residents. The location also worked really well for me. Food and bars are walkable, maybe even "crawlable," and the Gulch shops are five minutes away, with great food nearby. It has a downtown feel without downtown traffic, and getting to the highway is easy. Pro tip, the front entrance gives you a "first in line pass" for the highway on-ramp queue. For my priorities, this was a perfect Nashville apartment. If those things matter to you too, make it your first stop. If you're new to town, use it as a baseline to compare other places. Another plus: hardly anyone seems to use the onsite rental storage. For around $30 a month, you can rent a large closet on your floor. I kept my smelly fishing and boating gear about 50 feet from my room instead of using offsite storage.

Living at 1505 feels like home, thanks in part to the staff. Melanie is warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful every time, and she makes residents feel welcome and cared for. Phillip is dependable with maintenance requests, handles them quickly, and always has a positive attitude. They're both professional and friendly.

The staff have been awesome, especially the maintenance crew. My building could use a little work, but that's not a big deal. The problem is that sometimes trash gets left for weeks, attracting flies and pests and smelling awful. I hope they find a new provider.
