Allison House Inn

The house was huge, clean, and beautiful, and worked perfectly for our big group. We had everything we needed to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. The big dining table was great for family-style meals and game night. It’s also in a fantastic location for shopping or taking a walk.

We had a clean, spacious place to gather for our family Christmas, and it was beautifully decorated for the holiday. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and separate spots for different groups to hang out. The location was perfect, especially since some of our family live nearby.

This was our second year at the Allison House, and we hope to make it a yearly tradition. The Victorian home is beautiful and made us feel like we were in a Hallmark Christmas movie. It’s right in the heart of little Nashville, has everything we needed for a getaway, and the hosts are incredible. Check-in and checkout were easy too.

We come back to this home for a long weekend with friends, and each year we love it more. The kitchen and dining room are where we spend most of our time, eating, having drinks, and playing games. There’s also a fireplace in the adjoining living room that makes the place feel even cozier. With so many bedrooms with ensuites, everyone gets their own space. It works well for adults or families. You can walk to everything you’d want to do, and the State Park is only a 3-4 minute drive away. The owners go out of their way to make each trip feel special and are very accommodating. We’ll keep coming back as long as they’ll have us.
