Omni Nashville Hotel

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the staff stayed on top of things. There’s a great atmosphere, and the bar has good drinks and service. Like other Omni Hotels, this one didn’t disappoint.

My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just right. It was also quiet, with no noise from the hallway or next door, so I slept well. The staff were very nice and efficient, and seemed to care about guests having a good time. It feels like the hotel is well managed. Nashville, this hotel is awesome!

The staff made our 5 day visit an absolute joy. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful. Maddie at the counter was especially friendly and worked hard to make all our arrangements fit. John at the service desk was attentive and gave us useful information that made our Nashville activities fun and memorable. The valet team were delightful and efficient, making our many daily trips easy. At first, valet parking seemed expensive, but the price was comparable to other downtown parking. The hotel is central in Nashville’s Broadway district, convenient for downtown activities, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great city view. A definite 10/10, which I rarely give.

Every stay here has been a positive one. The staff are caring and attentive, and the service is friendly, quick, and second to none. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve gone out of their way and done more than expected to make sure I’m comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Nashville area.
