avid hotel Nashville Airport by IHG

The shuttle driver was courteous and made the airport trips stress-free. The hotel is only about five minutes from the airport, which is really convenient. At check-in, Felisha at the front desk was warm, friendly, and professional. She got me settled incredibly quickly while still making me feel welcome and looked after. The helpful service and convenient location made this a great stay. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and would happily come back.

I’m here because the ice storm knocked out power at home, and it’s been lovely. The price is good, the staff are so friendly, my room is very clean, and the lobby is a nice place to hang out. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. As a vegan, I’m usually out of luck when it comes to almond milk at hotels, so I was happy they had it and I could have coffee and cereal. Some people here are so picky, lol. This place deserves a better rating. Thanks, y’all. If I need a hotel again, I’ll choose this one.

Even with the winter storm, this was a delightful stay. Felisha was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and her pleasant manner took my mind off being stranded in Tenn. for a few days. The hotel was very clean, and I slept so well in the beds. Breakfast was wonderful, and the sister hotel is only a few steps away if you want a bar or a full dinner menu. The ice-covered trees outside my window were beautiful. I’ll keep AVID in mind next time I need somewhere near the airport.

The hotel was comfortable, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Miss Felisha checked me in politely and professionally. When my suitcase knocked some candy off the wall, she didn’t even beat me up for it. 😝 The overhead planes take a little getting used to, but after a few, the noise wasn’t a problem. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.
