Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport by IHG

The employees at Crowne Plaza Nashville airport really made our stay. Oakland checked us in, and Abraham was kind while driving us on the shuttle. When we left behind an item that meant a lot to my special needs nephew, Dana went out of her way to find it and make sure it got back to us. They clearly care about the customer experience, and the service was outstanding. Thank you!

Oakland, Josh, and Abraham kept helping us throughout the winter storm, and we saw them working around the property every day. Our power was out at home, so we stayed for three days, and I’m deeply grateful for how they treated us during a stressful time for everyone. The room was clean, housekeeping helped with our extended stay, and the beds were comfortable. I felt very well cared for, and I won't forget the kindness.

I've stayed here twice, on October 6 and October 12, and both visits went well. The room was neat and clean, and the front desk woman was very nice. The location is convenient for food, gas, the highway, downtown, and the airport, which is about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic. My one real issue was the lack of a blackout shade. With my room facing the road and parking lot, light came in all night and made sleeping hard. The bathroom light also takes a few seconds to fully come on. Otherwise, I'd recommend it.

Oakland checked me in quickly and was both friendly and professional. I got a room on the fourth floor with a view, number 422, and was impressed by how spacious, clean, and nicely laid out it was. The location is convenient and not far from the airport. I'd stay here again if I come back.
