Our family of four loved staying here. Room 413 was spotless, with really comfortable bedding and pillows, and the corner window gave us an amazing city view. Check-in instructions were clear, and the building had that new smell. I also liked how the rooms aren’t right beside each other. It’s close to lots of food spots and other places. I wish there had been a TV in the room, but I’d request this location again for a longer visit.

We could walk to Centennial Park, 12 South, Vanderbilt, and Belmont from this clean, spacious studio. It came with everything we needed, from dishes and towels to soaps, conditioners, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. Check-in and checkout were easy, too. Belcourt has plenty of places to eat and shop. We had dinner at HopDaddy and breakfast at the Pancake Pantry and Fido, right across the street, and would recommend both. Such a great place to stay in Nashville. We’ll be back!

Be careful booking here. Sonder cancelled my Airbnb reservation just a week before my trip, even though I’d booked months earlier at their Hillsboro Village location, 2111 Belcourt Ave. They said they couldn’t honor it because of a contract default with Marriott. There was no personal contact or meaningful help finding another place. I got a message, then nothing. Calls went straight to Marriott, and Sonder stopped replying to my messages. I was left scrambling without compensation, a sincere apology, or accountability. Airbnb was supportive and gave me a refund and a small credit, but Sonder ghosted me, along with several others who had booked. That’s a disappointing way to treat paying customers, and I wouldn’t risk being abandoned at the last minute.

We paid for a two-bedroom apartment in Nashville for Oct 4-5 after booking on Sep 10. Just a couple of hours ago, two days before departure, the apartment texted to say it couldn’t provide the unit we booked. They offered either a one-bedroom instead or a cancellation and refund. When I called, they said it was overbooked. A one-bedroom won’t work for us, so now we have to find somewhere else at the last minute, which will be super expensive. We’re very disappointed.

The apartment was comfortable and in a perfect spot for what I needed. I was unsure about staying somewhere without a front desk and doing everything remotely, but it all went smoothly. Getting in and parking caused no problems. I’d happily do it again.
