Delta Hotels by Marriott Nashville Airport

I’ve been staying here since I started working out of BNA in August 2024, and there have been a lot of changes. The Preston, now Delta, has had major renovations and looks great. Everyone on staff has been amazing, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk and kitchen and restaurant teams. Chef Rae was the best chef here even before the changeover. Scott, Eric, and Grande are incredibly friendly and accommodating shuttle drivers, and Taketia runs the front desk and staff like a well-oiled machine. People put a lot of time and care into this place before the renovation and well after it too. I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Money well spent.

I was here for a week, and the food was amazing. Chef Rae is an amazing chef and everything she makes is so good. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Nashville. The maintenance staff are awesome too. Mikey and Fernand brought towels right to my door when I needed more, and came to help when my TV gave me trouble. I love the staff and will absolutely be back. They took care of all this during a snowstorm when the power went out, and Head Chef Frank was so accommodating during the outage.

The hotel has had a complete makeover since Marriott took over, and we’re glad to feel like we’re “Home” now. It’s a beautiful, convenient property with great decor, a restaurant, and a bar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The stay itself was fine, but clearer information and better communication would make things much smoother. We chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury boutique property, so I expected more consistent responses and clearer guidance, especially about the airport shuttle. Calling the front desk was frustrating. I was put on hold several times, and the call disconnected more than once. It took four attempts to reach someone. Guests using the Nashville airport fly-and-park option should know that shuttle details aren’t provided proactively. After asking several staff members, I learned it runs by request from 4:00 AM to midnight, not around the clock or on a schedule. You can’t book the return pickup in advance; you’re asked to call after arriving at the airport. I would have appreciated knowing all this ahead of time. The option to schedule a shuttle, particularly for return flights, would better match the service level the hotel aims for.
