Drury Inn & Suites Nashville Airport

That heated pool, which runs between indoors and outdoors, was a big hit with the kids. The hotel also makes family stays easy: adults get three free drinks each night, and the evening reception has enough hot food to count as dinner for everyone. The airport shuttle worked as promised. We called and let them know when we needed it, and it showed up. They work hard to keep the place clean and the service is friendly. I rarely give five stars, but this will be our family’s go-to when we return.

This is my fourth stay at Drury, 18 nights in all, and it’s still my favorite. The pool is great and very clean, the meals and drinks are good, and everyone is nice. When we found a room ceiling sagging from what looked like water damage, they moved us. The AC and heater in the new room were really loud. The coffee was awful and there was no cream. I’d shop online for a better rate, but even with those issues I’d stay again because the good parts have been that good.

Breakfast was very good, and there was even a free dinner option. Our room was clean, and although the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded. We were only in town for one night, but I’d definitely stay again. What stood out most was that every staff member acknowledged us, whether with a hello, a welcome, or a wish to enjoy our stay. That kind of thing goes a long way for me.

We had a blast at the Drury Inn for New Year’s Eve in Nashville, and we were glad we chose it after going back and forth on where to stay. We booked two rooms and had requested adjoining ones, but learned on arrival that wasn’t possible because each room had double beds. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and breakfast and dinner were included, which was a nice surprise. Happy Time also came with three free drinks.
