The sofa bed was unusable, covered in animal hair and stains, and the service wasn’t friendly. The lobby had a nice scent, but it was overpowering as soon as you walked in. If anywhere else had been available at the last minute, I’d have gone there. I didn’t want my kids sleeping on the beds, so with the sofa bed out of the question, we ended up on the floor.

The room was clean and the front desk girl was nice, but the way management handled a room change was awful. We were assigned the “wrong” room, and while we were napping they called and told us to pack up and move. I understand mistakes happen, so that part wasn’t a big deal. But less than two minutes later, management was repeatedly knocking. We’d just woken up and were basically in pajamas, and when I yelled for them to wait, they shouted back, “HOW LONG HOW LONG” and made a lot of noise outside. They said the room was booked for someone else, then walked in and started touching our things to hurry us along. We barely had time to get dressed, and several management staff stood in the room watching us pack. I was still in pajamas when we had to move. Another employee later said the room was closed for inspection, so it seemed someone had lied to us. We had no privacy and felt poorly treated. We couldn’t find somewhere else on short notice, or we wouldn’t have stayed.

My husband and I are sleeping in the parking lot as I write this. We came to town for the old school BBQ festival, went out to enjoy the festivities, then returned, showered, and got into bed. We immediately started itching and noticed bites, so I thought of bed bugs. The front desk person said there was nothing he could do because I booked through a third party. I’ve done what I can and hope I get a refund. I sent pictures of the bites and this is unacceptable. I’ve spoken with corporate too. The room smelled horrible, and we think it may be fleas because we keep scratching and feel things on us. Don’t come to this location.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked in around 4pm, unloaded the car, and rushed to change for my sister’s rehearsal dinner. We were in the room for about 20 minutes, then came back around 10:30pm to find cockroaches all over it. My two little girls were freaking out. I went straight to the front desk, and the woman said we’d get a refund. With two young girls and a six-week-old infant, traveling was already difficult. We hurriedly checked our belongings so no cockroaches would get into the bags and left as soon as we could. The hotel first didn’t refund us, and now they’re refusing to.
