Graduate by Hilton Nashville

Jalen made us feel welcome when we arrived for a family New Year and anniversary trip, and sent some goodies to our room. Throughout the stay he was helpful, whether holding bags or just being friendly and informative. He gave us the best hotel customer service we’ve had. One evening we went to White Limozeen. The kitchen had just closed, but Tobie, the manager, still let us order some food, and she was terrific. The location was great, about 10 minutes from Broadway, the Gulch, and 12 South, and around 15 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend it.

The room was great, and the team made our stay wonderful. Jaylen at the front desk greeted us perfectly. At White Limozeen, Sara and Sarah were so happy to see us that they made us feel like regulars, and Kent was the sweetest server. The place has such a positive vibe and beautiful staff. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. I highly recommend staying here.

The room had a bold carpet and some appealing design details, and the hotel’s colorful interior and vibrant exterior are what first drew us in as first-time visitors to Nashville and Tennessee. Check-in was quick, but we weren’t given much basic information. On closer look, high-contact areas seemed worn and in need of refurbishment. The black bathroom design was striking, though scuffs on the walls and door frames took away from it. We used our $20 credit at White Limousine Bar, but it barely covered one cocktail. The bar had a pleasant atmosphere and chic Dolly Parton style, but the service felt forced and disengaged. Staff seemed more focused on closing than on guests, so we left after one drink. We later learned the credit had to be used the same day or it expired, and that wasn’t clearly explained. Housekeeping missed our room on the first day, so we had to ask for towels. The next day it was cleaned, but shampoo, bottled water, and enough towels weren’t replenished, and we had to chase those up too. At checkout we were charged the wrong nightly rate, though it was corrected after we queried it. The hotel has a fun, distinctive look, but its service and attention to detail didn’t meet expectations for the price or brand. We’d happily return to Nashville, but not to this property, and perhaps not to The Graduate brand as a whole.

The rooftop views of the city were breathtaking, a lovely place to relax and take in the sights. The Graduate Hotel in Nashville had a whole vibe, with stunning decor that felt modern, stylish, and full of character. The lifelike latchhook picture of Minnie Pearl was a highlight, almost as if she were there with us. The chic white limousine restaurant added a unique, luxurious touch. Highly recommend for a trendy, beautiful stay with fantastic amenities and unforgettable views!
