We also loved being right by the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall, and breakfast was great, hot, and tasty. We'll stay here again, and thank you to the front desk ladies for making sure my rate didn't double. I had booked a couple of months earlier because my daughter had a cheer competition nearby, then realized I needed an extra day as the date got closer. By then, rates had gone way up. When I called, they said adding a day would nearly double my rate. They could have really overcharged me, but instead they were able to match the rate from my original booking. That was incredibly kind and outstanding service. I appreciate it.

The nearby shopping mall is convenient, and the room was very clean. When we came in, staff had folded towels into hearts and animals, which my child absolutely loved. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. This is an excellent hotel in every way.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful on both nights we stayed. My daughter and I spent Friday night here, drove to Knoxville for the Luke Combs concert on Saturday, then came back Sunday night. The rooms, lobby, pool, and parking lot were all clean. The hotel is convenient to Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry, and you can walk to both. It's a little adventurous, but we did it. The Shelby Bottoms Greenway running and biking trail is nearby too. We went there Sunday, and it's a great park.

The hotel was spotless, our room was great, the AC worked well, and breakfast was good. We had an event at the Gaylord but didn't want to pay those prices. This place is right across the street, and an easy walk. The pool was the one downside. It definitely wasn't heated, and the water was freezing, so we didn't get to swim much. There's a nearby bar you can hear at night from rooms on that side of the hotel, but it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the clerks were very friendly. The room was clean and bright, with a comfortable bed and a good shower that had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was decent and offered several choices. It's close to The Grand Ole Opry, Opry mall, and restaurants.
