Studio 154 Luxury Hotel

I travel to Nashville every month and will be back next month. After the way the team handled my concerns, I feel confident staying here again. They reached out promptly after my first experience and seemed genuinely interested in making things right. I was moved to a beautiful, quiet room with a microwave, an enclosed balcony, and an incredible riverfront view. The difference was night and day. I appreciated their responsiveness, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue instead of dismissing it. That kind of service matters to a frequent traveler. I’m updating my original review to reflect how thoughtfully they handled this.

Joanne, the concierge, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always friendly, smiling, courteous, and genuinely welcoming, and you could tell she takes pride in her work. Studio 154 is lucky to have her. My daughter and I had an amazing stay overall, and we’d absolutely come back. The building felt safe and secure, with access restricted to guests and managed through the app. Check-in and checkout were incredibly easy. The location is super close to Broadway, so we could enjoy downtown without being caught up in all the noise and chaos. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the espresso machines on every floor were a thoughtful touch. They dispense hot water, coffee, chai tea, and hot cocoa. We had river-facing windows and a fantastic view across the Cumberland River to Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans. The only minor downside was the thin walls. Our neighbors were extremely loud and obnoxious, and we could hear everything, though it didn’t take much away from an otherwise excellent stay. I’d recommend Studio 154 to anyone visiting Nashville who wants comfort, safety, and a prime spot close to the action.

The rooms are nice and the location is convenient, but expect very little sleep. Club music came through the walls until around 1:30 a.m., and I could hear sounds from every room, even neighbors snoring. For three nights straight there were slammed doors and people stomping upstairs. I travel to New York often and hear less noise there.

We had a great time here and didn’t need a car at all. There’s plenty of entertainment within walking distance, and the staff gave us good restaurant recommendations and discounts. The rooms were clean and modern, the location downtown was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We’ll stay again.
