Best Western Brentwood

The suites had loads of room, were very clean, and got daily housekeeping. Breakfast was great too, with hot eggs, meats, and pancakes. It’s close to the sights without the crowds, and parking didn’t come with a huge extra cost. I’d choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.

We were there for less than 12 hours, just one night, but I’d happily return. The place was cute and welcoming, with friendly staff, a clean room, a comfy bed, a hot shower, and good breakfast. The hallways smelled nice too.

The location is very good, and the room was clean. Our king suite was huge, almost like a one bedroom apartment, and the bed was average but I slept okay. Breakfast was adequate, though not the best free one we’ve had. For the price, it can be good value if you can tolerate the strong perfume in the hallways, which made me sick and is enough to keep me from coming back. The couch was very hard, the TV was small, and there was a full-size oven that looked old enough that I wasn’t sure it worked. There weren’t any dishes or kitchenware, just a small fridge, microwave, and sink. There’s no elevator. The shower’s half door lets water spray across the bathroom floor before you even get in.

For the price, it was okay. The room, bathroom, shower, and bed were clean, and I had no trouble sleeping during my Wednesday-to-Sunday stay. The walls kept neighbor noise out, though sounds like doors closing came through the gap under the door. Nothing unbearable. It’s about 15-20 minutes by car to downtown and reasonably close to other attractions. The main drawbacks were the lack of an elevator and laundry room, plus the AC. It was set to 60, but the room often felt warm, so it didn’t seem to be working properly.
