The staff were friendly, and the rooms and grounds were clean. It was quiet during our stay, though it was chilly and not many people were outside. The bed was comfortable, too. The shuttle downtown was a great deal: $15 for two people with unlimited trips back and forth, especially compared with paying for a one-way Uber. Finding our building was a hassle. We were told it was across from the office, and the map didn’t match what we saw. After walking around the buildings opposite the office, we headed back and spotted our number on the building beside the office, on the other side of the pool. The building numbers face the main strip and could be placed more clearly. The concierge didn’t have deals that interested us, just discounts on a flyer, and there weren’t many activities during our weekend visit. I think there was one on Saturday, while most were held during the week.

The pools were lovely and well kept, and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a really good family stay and would recommend the hotel to others traveling with family. It’s a large property, but it didn’t feel overwhelming since there was always something to do, including activities every day.

It’s a convenient spot near the mall, and the downtown shuttle is reasonably priced. The grounds and rooms are well maintained, with plenty of parking, and it was quiet at night. There are pools, hot tubs, and a small gym, plus occasional live music and food trucks.

I especially liked the daily activities and the three pools, which have hot tubs. There are also fire pits, basketball hoops, and cornhole. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer, stove, microwave, and TV, though it was a bit small. Staff were friendly, quick to respond, and great with my questions.
