DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown

We were there during the '26 ice storm along with a lot of people who had lost power. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and both the hotel and restaurant were nice. Our room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. It is pet-friendly, which made the stay better for us. The one nuisance was that the shower water took a while to get hot.

The staff were great throughout, and Nancy from the breakfast team really stood out. The location was good, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room felt clean, warm, and cozy. The shower was great too. A few small maintenance items could use attention, but I'd definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again when I'm back in Nashville.

The staff were very polite, and the shower had strong water pressure. They also served complimentary cookies that were fresh and warm. I enjoyed the pizza and tenders from the restaurant inside. There wasn't a free buffet with my Hilton stay, and it cost $20 per person. The front desk attendant said guests may want to call ahead to check whether complimentary breakfast is being served. I enjoyed the stay overall.

I was there for a conference and accidentally left my purse unattended. Someone took it, and the GM, front desk, valet, banquet staff, and everyone else pitched in to search for three hours, even in the terrible ice storm. They found it! Romany and Haydi were especially kind through the whole conference and the search, as was the banquet manager. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and I thought they were lovely, not dated. The staff were incredible. The banquet food was delicious too. I'll absolutely come back, and would consider the banquet hall.
