I didn't stay. The woman at the front desk was VERY NICE and let us check the room first. Roaches were just out in the open, on the wall, table, and A/C control panel. It was bad enough that we returned the key and explained why we'd changed our minds. She apologized and said the owner would be told. We left for Motel 6. That's another review.

For the price, it was a decent hotel and a good stay overall. The rooms and beds were reasonably clean, though a few things need fixing, like the smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast wasn't great and there wasn't much left by halfway through. The coffee was gross, too.

The bedding and shower were really nice, and the pool looked crystal clean, though I didn't try it. But the stay was close to the worst I've had. An old A/C filter clogged with dust couldn't cool the room properly, leaving it uncomfortable day and night. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, too. The atmosphere felt sketchy, mostly because of the surrounding area and random people walking around the hotel all night who were obviously not guests. There are better options for about the same cheap price in the area. Try those first.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom smelled like urine, and there was something on the toilet that my husband wiped off easily, so apparently it hadn't been cleaned. I kept checking for bed bugs, lifting the mattresses and everything, but didn't find any. There was blood on the wall and bedding, and the room was extremely dirty. When we first pulled in, police were right outside with people being arrested. There were many hookers and drug dealers around, and we didn't feel safe. The shower was so gross that I was thankful for the flip-flops I had from other hotels for pool use. Unbelievably gross. Don't go here.
