We stayed in unit 211, and it was clean with lots of space for the six adults in our group. There were even two bunks in a little cubby that could have slept two more. Broadway is about a mile away, a 10-20 minute walk depending on where you're headed. My husband and I didn't mind walking, while the others preferred rideshares, which cost about $10-15 for all six of us. Remember to refresh the app because the building lock codes change daily. The nearby highway could get loud, and we had almost no water pressure. One bedroom TV didn't work. Also, the bedroom fan lights would sometimes switch on while we were asleep. They're remote controlled, so I wondered if remotes in different rooms were somehow controlling each other's lights. All in all, though, it was a good stay.

The rooftop patio was a highlight, and it was an easy 15-minute walk to downtown and everything else. The place itself was immaculate, clean, and roomy for our girls trip. We were on the second floor and heard quite a bit of traffic. At night, the big lit-up letters on the building shone into the common area, making it hard to sleep if you were on the loft or sofa bed. I wish we'd been on a higher floor.

We checked in to find badly soiled sheets and a cockroach in one bedroom. Nobody was available at the on-call property manager number. Management said they couldn't find our reservation, then connected us with the local on-site team, who offered a discounted cleaning tomorrow. That did nothing for tonight. We're currently booked here, and this is what we got: cockroaches and dirty sheets.

The room was clean and perfectly fine, but the parking cost $58 for one day, even though that isn't what the listing advertised.
