The online photos were honest, the rooms looked like what we actually got, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a real meal, with plenty to choose from: cheese omelets, pork sausage, potatoes, pastries, cinnamon rolls, and more. We also liked having freshly brewed coffee made from beans instead of the weak, watery stuff you often get at hotels. For the price, this place was an amazing value. The receptionist was kind and professional, and explained that the hotel shuttle could take us downtown, which was really handy. Management and staff helped make the stay pleasant. We’d happily return and recommend it to friends.

There are quite a few restaurants within a short walk, though a car makes it easier to reach the tourist attractions and gives you more restaurant choices, depending on what you like and how much you want to walk. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with easy access by car to city sights and highways while staying out of the busiest tourist area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Valet service is new since my last visit, and it was easy and convenient. Reece and the other guys were prompt and friendly every time.

The hotel and vacation were great, but I wanted to mention the valet team. Isaac Simpler greeted me so warmly and had our car parked and brought back in just minutes. His hustle and integrity really impressed me.

After days without power, the hot breakfast and coffee available all day really hit the spot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were kind and flexible when so many of us, pets included, needed somewhere warm. They made an exception for dogs over 40 lbs and let us check out a day early without a penalty once our power came back. The one issue was the sidewalks on the first night. They hadn't been salted well, so walking the dogs felt a little dicey, especially with not much grass around.
