Everyone here has helped make our stay less stressful and more enjoyable. Daniel, the general manager, Floyd, Lee, Mark and Heather all go the extra mile. This is the best extended stay we’ve experienced, whether you’re waiting to close on a house, checking out the area before buying, or between homes. A great hotel with wonderful staff.

I booked three nights, then found out the whole hotel allows smoking. I told the desk I couldn’t stay and was told I could get the next two nights refunded if I checked out early the following day. I did, and another front desk worker said again that I’d get a refund. I told them the place smelled like smoke, and there were roaches and someone else’s blood on the shower wall. I still haven’t been refunded, and they won’t answer my calls. Both workers said they’d email me and never did. One was an older white woman with a Coach bag and a cherry charm; the next day’s worker was a tall Black man in his mid-20s to early 30s. I’m out a lot of money for nights I didn’t stay. They also had me sign a form saying they weren’t responsible if my belongings were stolen or damaged, and didn’t give me a do not disturb sign.

The room smelled bad, and water was coming up around the bathroom damage. The microwave didn’t work, and the refrigerator door was messed up. The guest above me moved furniture around all night until 3 in the morning. It was a very uncomfortable stay. At least my job ended earlier than expected.

There’s no maid service, so you’re responsible for your own linens. If you work all day and finish late, that’s a problem. The coffee machine looked dirty, and the halls need mopping. The TV is stuck in Spanish mode, and the company’s setup makes it hard to get good service. It might be okay if you just need a place to sleep overnight.
