Sleep Inn Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel was well maintained. I stayed the first week of December and thought it was a great value. The front desk staff stood out, especially Santhu, who was friendly and very helpful to many guests. He also speaks Spanish really well and helped people who didn’t speak English.

Seeing Nashville at night was wonderful, and the hotel’s location between downtown and the airport made getting around easy. I stayed in mid-December and would choose this place again if I return, and recommend it to others. It was good value, with very friendly staff. Santhu at the front desk was especially kind and professional, and quickly sorted out problems with the AC and TV. The carpet could have been cleaner, but otherwise I had a good stay.

The bathroom was spotless, with a toilet and a glass-door shower that went from floor to ceiling. The breakfast was good, and the cleaning ladies were really nice and truthful. Customer service was awesome. We had two beds and a pull-out while traveling with my family. The regular beds were soft, cozy, and beautifully made; the pull-out was a bit hard, but still pretty good to sleep on. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back.

The bathroom fixtures were clean, there were no bugs, and I liked that the window opens. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was GREAT. But the pillows weren’t comfortable, the carpet was dirty enough that I’d bring slippers, and there was mold along the bathroom ceiling by the shower. Furniture was in disrepair, breakfast was lackluster with no attendant, and the coffee was absolutely wretched. For an affordable place to sleep a few hours and take an awesome shower, it’s decent.
