The building was still under construction, so it was noisy, and the place clearly wasn't ready for renters. We went two days without hot water and kept getting the runaround. The leasing agent promised compensation but never followed through, then stopped answering calls. Nobody got back to us or helped. Customer service was terrible, and there was no urgency about fixing anything. I still haven't received compensation. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place was so disorganized that we wandered around the garage and halls trying to work out where to park and which room was ours. Doors were propped open, and there was nobody to check us in. The people I'd been texting never appeared or answered calls. They sent videos that had nothing to do with what I was asking, so we spent an hour asking construction workers for help. They couldn't help us either. When we finally got into a room, it wasn't the one I'd paid for and was missing a bedroom. We were about to pay to sleep somewhere else, but a guy let us use another room with two bedrooms. The place wasn't filthy, just dusty from construction, but a vacuum would have made a huge difference. I paid $150 for cleaning and it wasn't clean. There were no washcloths, so we used hand towels. They tell you to start the dishwasher when you leave, but I had to remove the packing from it before I could even turn it on. These places are obviously brand new. We spent a lot of money for one night because I thought there was a pool and gym, which was a big reason we chose it. There was neither. We got almost no hot water, not even enough for two showers. And although we'd told the people by text when we were arriving, we never saw them. Such a mess.

Aracely, the property manager, was fantastic and gave us A++ customer service. We had originally been arranged at another location, then were moved here. The apartment was beautiful, and so was the pool. It's a short five-minute Lyft ride to Broadway. Some of the area is still being worked on, but that didn't bother me. Everything felt modern and up to date. I'd definitely recommend it, and thanks again to Aracely for everything!

It's clean and brand new, and we had a good stay in some ways. Still, for a new building, it was way too noisy. We heard every footstep from the room above us. Whenever we tried to reach someone, nobody seemed responsible, or we got passed to somebody else. Fine for a short visit, but annoying if you're staying longer.
