The breakfast was only decent, and I wouldn't trust the waffle maker with my dog. In the room, the sheets were dirty, the shower looked like this when I arrived, and there was already a towel on the floor. I had to ask for shampoo and extra towels. The cleaning staff didn't seem to clean or restock things, and the people there were rude. For the high price compared with other Choice Hotels, it just feels like nobody cares.

We paid $90, got to the room, and left about 30 minutes later after trying to decide what to do. There was black mold, snot on the walls, a burn hole through the sheet and mattress, dirty towels, a floor that made our feet dirty, and a comforter that smelled awful. The area also felt very sketchy. We rented a car and left, but the office refused to refund us. I don't know how this place is still in business.

I only ended up here because I turned into the wrong hotel, and the room wasn't anything like the pictures. It was dirty, noisy, and expensive for what it was. PVC pipe was holding up the shower curtain, and after showering I walked to get my flip flops and my feet were black. At checkout, the front desk lady acted as if returning my $20 deposit was a big inconvenience, though taking my $75 room payment and deposit the day before hadn't been. This place doesn't deserve a star.

The room had huge bed bugs, and they were having babies. I recorded them for proof. They couldn't move me to another room and made me wait for a CASH refund of $120. Parking is awful too, the lot always looks over capacity. The whole experience was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, and the stay wasn't worth it.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of traffic noise, and the people next door were noisy and rude, though I can't blame the hotel for that. The smoke alarms went off a couple of times overnight, presumably because the neighbors were smoking. The area didn't seem very safe.
