We switched hotels to get the pool, but it was outdoors and closed because of the cold, so that colored my impression. We also had to downgrade our room, which meant no bathtub for the kids, though we made do. The shower was spacious and got plenty hot for me, and I like a hot shower. I liked the combination of blackout and sheer curtains. Breakfast was omelettes every day, Monday through Friday. They’re not for me, but the cook clearly knew what he was doing. Despite the room change and closed pool, we’ll recommend the hotel and come back.

The beds were really comfortable, the rooms clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Noise was the drawback for me: the rooms don't block much sound, so doors opening and closing and people overhead carry right through. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to stay somewhere else. There was also a car alarm going off in the lot several times around 4 a.m. each morning, though that's not really something I can blame the hotel for.

I'd happily stay here again. The room floors were quiet, the beds were great, and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly, and there’s a little bar in the lobby. The small kitchenette had a fridge, sink, microwave, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, and the usual bits. Towels were good quality too. Thanks!

We had a pretty unpleasant exchange with the front desk when we arrived, though the hotel itself was nice enough. The bigger problem was the parking charge. Booking.com listed parking as free, and that was also in our reservation contract, but we were charged every day. At checkout they said the hotel had no control over Booking.com, even though they take reservations and payments through it. That feels shady. If the booking details aren't accurate, the hotel has a responsibility to correct them before using that site as a reservation portal. I'd consider staying again if the policies were made clear during booking, but I'm sure other guests will run into the same issue.
