The team at Elliston 23 is professional, caring, and quick to respond. Whenever I've needed help, they've been available and handled requests efficiently. It’s rare to feel this supported and valued by a management team. Highly recommend!

The apartments were beautiful and the property was well maintained. Elliott gave me a great tour of Elliston 23. He knew his stuff, answered all my questions without rushing me, and came across as someone who genuinely cares about making the experience positive. I'd definitely recommend living here.

Elliott made my tour of Elliston 23 Apartments relaxed and easy to follow. He was welcoming and professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. You can tell he takes pride in the community and wants people considering a home there to feel confident in their choice.

We dealt with repeated water and pest problems during our one-year lease, and the way management handled them was deeply frustrating. A leak flooded one bedroom, leaving it like a small pond, and it took several hours for anyone to address it. Water issues also seemed common in the hallways and nearby apartments. Given that, I can only assume mold is widespread there. Cockroaches became so bad in our unit that we saw them crawling across the floor every day. Management showed little urgency until the infestation reached other units. We overheard several residents raising the same problem, but were told to pay to break the lease or wait and see if it went away. We chose not to renew as our lease was ending. Then, while trying to pay our last rent, we saw a $2,000 credit on the account, as if we had overpaid. We emailed management right away and were told in writing that the balance was correct and nothing was owed. The credit stayed there for weeks, so we trusted that confirmation. After we moved out, an email suddenly said we owed $800, and the amount had already gone to collections without warning. Management said it came from its own error, with “accidental charges” and “double charges,” but hadn't fixed it before sending it to collections. We followed up several times over the next weeks and got no response. Now we're dealing with a debt collector because of management's mistakes and lack of accountability. It has been unprofessional, stressful, and financially unfair. I strongly advise against renting here.

We’ve lived at Elliston 23 since August 2024, and for much of that time maintenance problems have been a struggle to get addressed. Shortly after moving in, a blockage in the main water line made our kitchen sink overflow whenever someone upstairs used water. I called the “emergency” maintenance number at least five times over 12 hours. Nobody came until the office opened the next morning and I spoke with them in person. Later, a leak from the unit above pushed water up through our entryway floorboards, ruining our rug and baseboards. It took months to fix, and requests often sat unanswered for days. The worst flooding came when our neighbor's water heater burst. Water came through our baseboards and flooded the main bedroom and bathroom, plus part of the living room and entryway. It took hours to shut off the water and longer to start removing it. Our bedroom rug, clothes, and everything stored under the bed got soaked. Nobody offered us another place to stay while the unit dried, and we were denied compensation. Security was another issue. From March through August, an exterior door was left unlocked despite me bringing it up repeatedly. The area around Elliston 23 is heavily affected by homelessness, and during those five months I encountered several homeless people sitting in the stairwell right outside our front door. For the price, the care given to residents and their units is incredibly poor. Management has changed since our latest issue, so I’m optimistic the new team might improve things. If they operate like the previous team, though, I’d recommend renting elsewhere. My boyfriend and I have found the experience disappointing, to say the least.
