During the power outages and snowstorm, when hotels were full or charging outrageous prices despite how hard the storm was on people, Fairfield Inn ❤️ had the price and location we needed. My husband, child, and I were comfortable there. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were nice, and the pillows, comforter, and sheets were extra fluffy. The bathroom was well stocked and perfectly adequate, and housekeeping stayed on top of things. Breakfast was hot and sufficiently stocked, and the gym was surprisingly decent. We spoke with Andranique aka Neke at the front desk several times. She was extremely nice, and I'm grateful she kept our rate locked in for our whole stay. Thanks so much, Fairfield by Marriott Inn & suites. We've found our new hotel family. Stores and a few fast-food places are walkable, along with a nice vape shop, and there's a bus stop right across the street.

The only real problem was noise on the side facing the gas station and main road. Metal bins were emptied at 2 AM and 4 AM, which was really disruptive. I'd avoid that side, including room 305. The hotel itself is one of the better ones we've stayed in: our room was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and amazing. Big thanks to housekeeping. We liked the gym and pool, and the shuttle to Broadway made getting around easy.

Our group had no problems at all. The shuttle and extra keys were much appreciated, and whenever we asked for something, the staff were smiling and helpful. Thanks for taking such good care of us this past weekend. 🫶

The kitchen and breakfast team were helpful, but the rest of the stay was rather poor. Other guests made extreme noise: a rugby team called Santa Rita and what felt like an uncontrolled gang of teenagers. There didn't seem to be fathers or guides with them, and management did nothing after several complaints. I was eventually moved to a quieter floor.

We've been back many times, and every stay has been pleasant. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
