Kasa The Gulch Nashville

We liked the view, and the location worked perfectly for us. The room had the necessities and was well appointed, and the facility felt safe and clean. We had a check-in issue, but got very good help over the phone.

The studio was clean and fairly new, and the building was very clean too. The other people we ran into there were friendly, and it seemed like most residents lived there full time. There was some traffic noise from the street, but it didn’t bother us. We skipped the pool since it was mid-November. Whole Foods is right next door, so the kitchenette came in handy even though we mostly ate out. There are good restaurants nearby, and Milk & Honey is about a 10-minute walk for brunch. The downtown honky-tonks are an easy 6-8 blocks away, with lots to see and do. We were a little worried arriving after 9 at night and not having a room, but the instructions and keys were easy to follow. Kasa replied to our text within minutes. We had a great stay and will be back.

We’d happily stay here again. Our two-bedroom place was amazing, and the gym and pool were superb. The rooftop lounge was a lovely spot to watch the Nashville fireworks on the 4th. We did hear traffic outside, which was the one real downside, and I wish there had been a TV in the main bedroom.

The unit felt like a home, and it was clean, quiet, and close to everything. It made our trip much better. We usually stay at places like JW Weston, but after this, I wouldn’t go back to that kind of place. One small suggestion: instructions for the beautiful gas stove would have been helpful since I’ve never used one. I didn’t really need to use it on this trip, though.
