Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown

The room was large and nice, with an excellent view of downtown Nashville, and the hotel itself was amazing. The valet experience was another matter. I handed over my car at 2:15 p.m. with all the tires fully inflated, then picked it up at noon the next day to find one tire completely flat, with a nail in it and only 3 PSI. When I raised it with the valet, they said there was a low probability it happened while they had the car, which felt like gaslighting. It could only have happened while they were responsible for it. The valet manager asked me to return a few hours later to discuss it, but wasn't working when I came back or the following day. Nobody even told me I could file a report. I eventually submitted one on the website and never got a response.

Debbie at the front desk was kind, helpful, and friendly, and Rochelle at the bar, both in the restaurant and lobby, was phenomenal, always smiling and so warm. The location was great, far enough from Broadway to avoid the commotion but not too far away. Valet Antwuan was fantastic too, friendly and respectful, and gave me great help with my luggage. A wonderful experience.

The rooms were okay, but the service was terrible. The garage elevators weren't working, and breakfast was worse. It took more than 15 minutes for anyone to wait on us, then over 30 minutes for breakfast to arrive. Nobody was clearing tables so other guests could sit down. This wasn't up to Hilton standards, and I was very disappointed with my first stay in the Nashville area. I'll pick a different Hilton property if I come back.

Antoine and Jatayia made the valet process easy and pleasant. They were quick, professional, friendly, and careful with everything. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about customers. A five-star team, and I'm grateful to them both for making my visit stress-free.
